Video Chapters: YouTube is expanding its video chapters feature to include a new list view, which can be viewed by tapping or clicking the chapter title in the player.
In the new chapter list view, users can see a complete list of all the chapters in the video they are currently watching.
Changes to the YouTube player: YouTube streamlines the player page with a few key changes.
The Subtitles button has been moved up.
The autoplay toggle switch has moved up.
Small improvements like reorganized buttons.
More gestures: YouTube makes it easier to enter and exit the full-screen mode. Now users can swipe up to switch to full-screen mode and down to exit.
Suggested actions: YouTube starts rolling out suggested actions, which prompt users to rotate their phones or watch a video in VR.
Bedtime Reminders: A new digital wellness tool will allow users to set reminders at specific times to stop watching videos and go to bed.
